What We Offer

In addition to marquee events, we offer a range of packages for event planning and on-the-day coordination. We bring our expertise in event management to any venue, along with our industry knowledge and a qualified planning team.

Below are our most popular packages to meet every client's needs and budget.

  • Best for: couples or hosts who’ve mostly planned but need professional control on the day and a final run through.

    Includes:

    • one planning call to confirm timeline and supplier contacts

    • Detailed review and event timeline document provided

    • On-site day coordination for set-up, ceremony, reception, *evening & *pack-down.

    • Supplier liaison on the day (timing, troubleshooting)

    • Logistics overview and emergency kit.

    This package is from the start of set up, and for 6 additional hours. *optional extended hours at charged at £150ph.

  • Best for: hosts who want help with supplier selection, budget management and logistics but not full design.

    Includes:

    • Everything in Coordination Essential, plus:

    • Up to 3 one-hour planning meetings (phone or virtual)

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Budget tracking

    • One pre-event site visit (mileage rates apply to venues over 30miles from Chelmsford)

    • Floorplan and guest flow guidance

  • Best for: clients who want full-service planning and design, hands-off delivery and a single point of contact and accountability.

    Includes:

    • Includes all services from the Essential and Signature packages, with a full service from concept to delivery: design, supplier booking, contract negotiation, and schedule production

    • Unlimited calls and virtual meetings across the timeline

    • Venue liaison, licensing and compliance

    • Budget management

    • Full day of coordination up to 8 hours included.
